Hamburg Harbour Cruise – all sorts of sailor’s yarn: There’s a lot to experience on the tour to the world’s most modern terminal in Altenwerder, past ocean liners and through the locks and canals of the historic warehouse district.

Experience the flair of the Speicherstadt and the giants of the sea with romantic or modern barges and elegant saloon ships. We offer you year-round canal trips to the historic warehouse district and harbor tours to the major container ports. Our skippers will entertain you live with lots of character and up-to-date information.

OUR SUMMER DEPARTURES (March to end of October)
Monday to Thursday: between approx. 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., approx. every 30 minutes
Friday to Sunday: between approx. 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., approx. every 15-30 minutes

OUR DEPARTURES IN WINTER (from November to March)
Monday to Friday: between approx. 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., approx. every 30-45 minutes
Saturdays and Sundays: between approx. 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., approx. every 30 minutes

The tickets are so-called OPEN TICKETS, which are not bound to a specific date, but are valid for participation in all one-hour harbour boat tours on our maritime launches and large passenger ships (departure times see above). Furthermore, please be aware that the sending of the tickets and a payment of these per bank transfer takes a processing time of about 3 working days – thank you for your understanding.

On 12/24 (Christmas Eve) the last cruise takes place at 2:00 p.m.

The times given are guidelines and are intended for your orientation. Since we design our departures individually, we are happy to run more often if necessary and also have later departure times. If necessary, just give us a quick call. There is always a ship waiting for you at the pier that you can board.

With our entire fleet of rustic or modern harbour cruise barges as well as comfortable and spacious salon ships, we offer you the grand, one-hour harbour cruise of Hamburg through the harbour every day.

Whether on a barge through the historic warehouse district, the undisputed heart of our world port and to the large container terminals or with the comfortable salon ship first down the Elbe and through the various harbour basins with the huge container terminals – the Port of Hamburg with its many faces is always a great experience.

Accessibility:
Our passenger ships MS RIVER STAR and MS HAMBURG as well as our stern wheeler MS LOUISIANA STAR can be reached barrier-free via a gangway and have corresponding sanitary facilities. Due to the conditions on site, we cannot tell you exactly in advance at what times the above-mentioned  ships provide service in the port on the harbour tours (no fixed departure times).

Our luxury launches as well as our traditional launches are not barrier-free.
